Most families book a shoot when they remember, get photos that are fine, and watch the years go by without a coherent record. The kids change faster than the camera roll can hold. A decade later there is no thread connecting one year to the next.
The Timekeeper is not a subscription. It is a practice. Each year adds a chapter, and your files stay protected the whole time. Ten years from now you will not have photos. You will have a record of who your family was, chapter by chapter, as they became who they are.

Why is backing up RAW files important?
RAW files keep every detail of your photos, which is perfect for advanced edits and retouches. Your memories stay the highest possible quality as editing technology keeps improving.
How do I schedule my included photo shoot?
Just reach out through the website or give us a call, and we will find a time that fits your life. Use it for any of the twelve shoot types.
Can I switch between plans?
You can upgrade anytime. One note: starting on Keep means deleted RAWs are not retrievable later, so if you might want RAW backup down the road, choose Forever or Legacy from the start.
Is travel included in my shoot?
Yes, anywhere in San Diego County. There is no travel fee and there never has been. La Jolla, Coronado, Imperial Beach, Balboa Park, the beaches and parks we work in every week are all included. We get there, shoot, and are home the same afternoon, so there is nothing extra to pass on to you.
What if I want my shoot outside San Diego?
Your shoot credit still applies, in full. What changes is the time, not the fee. A session two hours away is not a two hour session. Once you count the drive each way, parking, and getting to where we are actually shooting, a shoot in Los Angeles, Orange County or Anaheim costs a full working day. So for anything outside the county we price the day, apply your credit to it, and you only cover the difference. You will always see that number before you commit to anything.
Can I use my shoot on a trip or out of state?
Yes. Your credit travels with you and it does not expire while your membership is active. For a destination shoot we quote the day plus the real travel costs, and your credit comes off that total. Give us as much notice as you can so we can build the calendar around it.
Which plan includes the free annual shoot?
Legacy, at $35 a month. Here is the honest breakdown so nothing is a surprise. Keep at $7 covers your JPEG backup and your online gallery. Forever at $19 adds RAW backup and three pro retouches a year. The free annual shoot, the six retouches and the 30 percent off extra shoots are Legacy only. You can upgrade at any time and start using the shoot that year.
How far ahead should I book my included shoot?
Three weeks or more is ideal, and more is better for weekends and holidays. If you have a date in mind, tell us early even if the details are not settled. Holding the date costs you nothing.
